Arrington Edgar & Shiel’s joint venture model enables a joint venture partner to start a custom designed mortgage or title insurance company quickly and with a low capitalization requirement.  The joint venture is controlled by the owners of the new company and is contractually managed by AES.  Since the joint venture partners are owners, they have influence on the programs, staffing, and marketing of the new joint venture.  This enables our partners to provide a fully integrated home financing experience for their customers, producing greater convenience and more responsive service for both themselves and the customer.  Our structure is compliant with all federal and NC state regulations.
